1. Accommodation registration
Live in campus: Download and fill out the Accommodation Registration Form (International Affairs Office website - Foreign Experts - download list); bring the accommodation registration form, the original passport, the copies of passport information page and the latest visa or residence permit page, and go to the police station in the jurisdiction of residence to register for accommodation.
Live off campus: Bring the original passport, the copies of passport information page and the latest visa or residence permit page, rent contract, copy of real estate license and copy of house owner's ID card to the police station in the jurisdiction of residence to register for accommodation.
2. Physical examination certificate (required for first application, not required for extension application)
Physical examination address: Anhui International Travel Health Care Station Center (No.367 Wuhu Road);
Requirements: Bring two 2x2 inch white background ID photos & passport, empty stomach, arrive before 11:00 am
3. Original passport and copies of information page & the latest visa page or residence permit page
4. Original and copy of work permit
5. Copy of legal person certificate of the public institution
6. Official letter of HFUT
