Recruitment for Foreign Teachers for Language by HFUT

I. Conditions of Employment

1. The candidates shall comply with the relevant laws, regulations and rules of the People's Republic of China, have no criminal record, be in good health, and be competent for the job. Aged under 60 years old.

2. Foreign teachers for language shall be foreign national with permanent residence in their country or region, and in principle should engage in teaching in their native language.

3. Foreign teachers for language shall obtain a bachelor's degree or above and have more than two years of language teaching experience. Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in education, language or normal education, or who have obtained a teacher qualification certificate in their home country or a qualified international language teaching certificate can be exempted from the requirements for work experience.

II. Remuneration Package

Foreign teachers for language shall work full-time in HFUT, and the specific remuneration package shall be determined by HFUT and the employing organization according to their qualifications, academic level, teaching and scientific research tasks.
